Dr. Matthew Albert Brown, MD

Staff is poorly educated. My friend doesn't even know I'm writing this review. Their jaw and throat were swollen from an infection that has been continuous for nearly 48hrs. The receptionist told my friend there was nothing they could do. Could schedule an appointment and that's it. No help for the emergency on their end, were going to schedule the appointment another time. My friend ended up in the ER tonight with their throat completely so swollen. They told her that she would have died had she waited for dr. Brown/Lexus appointment. Wasn't given any antibiotics which would have saved her. Spoke my dentist where I live and they said that it should be easy for them to give her an antibiotic for the infection since they have seen her routinely. The dentist didn't understand why they couldn't help her, neither could I. Her dentist was out of office, which is why they couldn't give her a prescription. Not impressed. See this doctor if you want ur friends to die. To make matters worse her… doctor told her to call at any time if she needed antibiotics without appointment. The receptionist also admitted that my friend could die without the prescription, but didn't seem to care about the fact that she could die. 1

I appreciate the time Dr. Brown takes to explain relevant medical issues and to answer questions. He also listens well. Happy to have him as a doctor.
