Very inefficient

Would t give him even one star! He operated on a friend just yesterday and I was the person who was there for my friend. When I tried to ask him a question he said we don’t ask questions on the day of surgery. Just settle down and we will talk about it later. I hope my friend lives through this surgery without complications but I would NEVER consult this man . I hope he is a better surgeon than he is a nice man. Arrogant and belittling are the best words I can say about him.

I would say there is a reoccurring theme about Dr. Burry and his abrasive attitude. He was 25 minutes late in the room, his tone was condescending, and did not have a computer in the room to review the MRI. I asked to discuss the MRI findings with him, so we went to the work station where his staff sits to look at the films in the middle of the practice. The radiologist report indicated severe compression to which Dr. Burry disagreed with. His attitude was so poor, that his staff "mouthed" apologies to me. From the on-set of my first appointment, they said their focus was to improve the patient experience and reviews. EPIC FAIL!

I have called his office in Sanford over the past three days and all I do is leave a voicemail. Does anyone there return phone calls? When Dr Allende was there it was organized. I called a couple of weeks ago and had to call THREE times just to get a form emailed to me regarding my surgical records from Dr. Allende. Finally the manager got on the phone and emailed them to me. But she never told me where to fax them and now I can't get anyone on the phone. RED FLAG people.

I found Dr. Burry by searching the internet. I will say I was a little apprehensive as the star rating was not great. Most of the comments I found were not related to his care but to the time patients have to wait to be seen. I agree with those comments. The wait time in office was about an hour. I really wish he would address this issue as it taints his excellent care. He really listened to my issue and had great impute. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Messed me up then stopped taking my calls I finally got a call while I'm in the emergency room with more promblems then before now I have to go to another surgeon to fix what he messed up he couldn't even man up for a whole month no body wouldn't return my phone calls or nothing they wouldn't even sign of on a nurse to come and help me I had to take care of myself crazy can't believe this happen to me ??????????????????

Not only does Dr Burry have a lack of compassion but shows no concern for any future therapies for his surgical failure. He actually seemed annoyed that the surgery failed and stated have my nurse give you your MRI and that was it. No suggestions on what to do next just a arrogant dismissal. Would never see this Dr again

FIND ANOTHER SURGON ! if your lucky to even get anything correctly done by his staff with all the miss communication and after reading his reviews not a good feeling to let this guy even touch you something is not right in his office and to many mistakes made by him on other patients and he will ask for his copay up front that's even more frighting
