Dr. Matthew John Clemente, DDS

This has been a very horrible experience Today is a week after l had two teeth extracted including my wisdom tooth. They never gave me prescriptions for the pain medicine which l couldn't get the amount required over the counter they needed a prescription. I bought what the pharmacist told me and combined it how he told me to. The pain was excruciating and l had to double the dosage for the first couple of days. I am in pain without meds and l feel tired with meds. I asked for time off work which they refused to sign the medical forms from work because most people just go back to school or work. Dr clemente told me not to worry about pain as wisdoms take up to 30days to completely heal. I asked for two weeks and he refused. I wanted to get an implant but l can't work with them. They clearly do not care about their patients.

Changed dentists to Dr. Clemente's office because they have Friday morning hours. Reception was extremely organized and cheery. My technician Aaron had great maintenance suggestions and the office was very informal and fun loving. Even let me park my snowmobile in their parking lot ( kidding!) . All during the worst snow storm of the year! Great cleaning, crazy efficient. Felt like I have been going there for years on my first visit. Thank you folks! Chris Boehm.
