Wasted 2 years with being told I didn’t have MS - thank god I sought a second opinion - two years I could have been on MS meds instead of being told by a pompous doctor I didn’t have MS!

Dr Conigliari saved my life. I was mis-diagnosed multiple times by doctors and hospitals and was heading for a stroke. The other treating doctors or hospitals only course of treatment for my tremors was to use dilaudid or morphine and contributed cause as heart or stress. Dr. Conigliari found my "genetic" problem and treated me. Since my time with him I have not been back to a hospital and my tremors are controllable.

Dr. Conigliari was professional, caring, and overall great doctor. He listened to what I had to say and took me and my condition very seriously. The office staff however was one of the worst I have ever seen. They are rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. They should learn to be a little more compassionate especially if they are employed at a neurologist's office. Patients coming to this office are scared and obviously have medical issues. Patients do not go to a neurologist's office for the fun of it. If I didnot like the doctor so much I would never ever return. I would recommend people to this doctor but be prepared to be snubbed and get major attitude from the front office staff.

I would not recommend this doc to my enemy. He was dismissive, patronizing, mocking and demeaning. He clearly had his own agenda and seemed to get a thrill out of challenging someone with a neurological condition. Laughing even!! YES...LAUGHING!! He didn't listen and answered his own questions. He spoke over me like I didnt exist.He assumed he knew it all without having all the info.He was rude and flippant when I told him how I felt.He dicated the letter to my doctor with me sitting there and provided inaccurate info. He didnt care that I was upset and became more arrogant when I expressed my dissatisfaction and shocked that I didnt shake his hand.This was a huge waste of time and money at my emotional and physical expense. He should be ashamed!!!
