Poor communication skills and temper. Low level of surgery skill.

It would be impossible for me to thank Dr. Conrad and his staff enough. I had to have a very large part of my lower lip and chin removed. This is something that had been affecting my smile (or lack of one) and my own peace of mind for over 7 years. It was very unattractive and it had been causing difficulties with eating and my speech. After all these years it began to cause bleeding. Dr. Conrad fixed this with a surgery. It took less than 2 hours and I was home the same day. I had minimal pain while healing and from the first day I was so happy with the results I teared up every time I looked in the mirror. Dr. Conrad contacted me at home the evening of the surgery to make sure I was okay and again over the weekend to make sure I wasn't having any problems. I am so very happy with the results and can't wait to take family pictures for our Christmas card this year. Thank you Dr. Conrad and your staff!!

i had my surgery a year ago. i had hardly any tissue before . Dr. Conrad was so easy to work with! He helped me make the best choice on my desired look and i couldnt be happier. My pain was minimal and i was back to my job doing esthetics in just one week. the staff was so helpful as well and made me feel very comfortable. i will be going back in the future for more surgeries when im ready! I work in the medical field as a RN. It’s hard to impress me! But after speaking with Dr Conrad during my consultation I quickly realized how much he cared for his patients and there results through his protocols for healing and infection prevention. I am so glad I finally decided to do this for myself! I have been unhappy with my stomach for years and frustrated that no matter what I weighed or how much I exercised I always had the loose skin. He messed up my breast augmentation surgery. He agreed after all measurements to put 400CC. At the day of surgery he did not have the right implants received and put 350 CC. He knew I was upset, but he never took any action to fix his fault. I have to redo the surgery with another surgeon to get the result I want. Waste of my money.

The man has no sympathy or compassion. If you are a breast cancer patient in the Wichita area there are better surgeons with which to work.

wanted a post-opt size C. i went with what he suggested for cc implant size. i am now post-opt DD. haven't bought a bra yet that isn't a DD :(. going in next month to a different plastic surgeon to have these TOO BIG implants removed. bedside manner was arrogant.

I started going to Dr Conrad a few years ago for precancerous mole removals, returned for Botox and Restylane injections and most recently for breast augmentation. Dr. Conrad and his staff are super friendly and take excellent care of their patients--the staff is always smiling, the patients are smiling-the private surgery center is very nice! I highly recommend Dr Conrad-my results are fantastic!

I had a facial skin cancer removed. He was able to put the incision in a wrinkle line on my face and even I can't find a scar. He also seems to be a good guy. He was not in a hurry as he explained what the procedure would be and then he called me at home the night after the surgery to check on me.
