I was very pleased with Dr. Dube when I came to the ER. He diagnosed my issue quickly, (kidney stone) treated the issue, and I was able to go home with the pain relieved.

As someone who runs a recruiting firm, I can tell you this guy is in the wrong job. I have crohn's. My doc had ordered the wrong test and told me to go to ER if pain got really bad. I was in massive pain so went in. Goal was to provide a stool sample for the test. Nurse said stay as long as you need to. He came in a few hours later when his shift started and said, "The ER is not for people like you. I'm going to discharge you." I told him my doctor told me to come in. He said he didn't care. Total jerk. He should be fired!

Wrote me off immediately, as soon as he walked into the room I was met with gaslighting and dismissal of symptoms. He then became extremely emotionally volatile and aggressive.

Dr. Dube immediately wrote me off when I came into the ER. He came into the room with a bad attitude. He was incredibly rude and shouldn’t be dealing with patients. He’s not understanding and is the worst doctor that I’ve ever dealt with through Northshore.

Dr. Dube is calm, compassionate, and competent. My husband and I were very lucky Dr. Dube was on call this morning when my husband went to the Glenbrook Hospital ER with an acute asthma attack. We are senior citizens, my husband much more senior than I, and appreciate someone who is unrushed and answers questions. We need more doctors like Dr. Dube. --Susanna Ehrmann
