Dismissive. Doesn’t listen to my concerns. Doesn’t even explain procedures-just does them and then walks out of the room. Seems like a young Dr that thinks he knows everything and can’t imagine not every patient is textbook and maybe he should actually listen…

Focus on appeasing staff at the expense of patients. Lack of care and concern for patient. Unprincipled, dismissive and punitive towards patients. No one cares about how much you know until they know how much you care. Skill will take you where character can’t keep you.

My Partner of 81 years old had a referral with Dr.Fabrizio. after waiting more than 45 minutes his Technician Briana (blond) in a rude way told to him to "come this way". I asked to her to say please, her answer was "I DID'T KNOW I HAVE TO BEG" we asked for a supervisor . after waiting for s while I came out of the room only to see 4 people conferencing the doctor was one of them, then a supervisor came to hear our side of the story , only to tell us that Dr. Fabrizo does not want to see her. we asked her to see him so he can hear our side of the story. she came back to tell us that he does not want to hear our complain. that is not just unprofessional, humiliations, and too bad there is no accountability .

Dr. Fabrizio is caring, knowledgeable, and takes his time. I trust him and value his opinion.

He has been so helpful in managing glaucoma with both appropriate surgery procedure and post surgery appointments providing excellent care.

Dr. Fabrizio has done Trabeculectomy surgery on both my eyes and I credit him with saving my eye sight. I highly recommend Dr Fabrizio for glaucoma treatment.
