Dr. Freeman spent time with me before and after surgery. He has a good bedside manner.

I’m now one year post reverse shoulder replacement. Most days I forget that I’ve even had the procedure done. I didn’t know Dr Freeman until I had my first appointment with him. But I thank my lucky stars for finding him. His care is stellar. His office/staff stellar. I’ve never had a surgery where I literally had minimal to no pain post op, until this one. My arm/shoulder have no pain at one year, and way more range of motion than I ever expected. You will be in excellent hands with Dr Freeman.

Dr Matthew Freeman was pleasant in treating me. He satisfactorily answered all my questions regarding the condition of my knees. Excellent bed side manners as well.

First time meeting Dr Freeman and was impressed. We waited a while after being taken to our room, which is normal for any Doctors office. The first thing Dr Freeman did as he came in, was to apologize for the wait. He asked if we could take some additional X-rays, so he could be more thorough and get a better look to make sure the fracture would heal with surgery. After, he came back and showed us all of the views of the X-rays he went over the things I needed to do and what to avoid. Also said if anything changed or if we had questions, to give them a call. Would definitely recommend!!

He was very kind. Great bed side manner. However I feel like he was in a hurry. I didn't have anything broken so his comments were brief. He never did tell me what was or what wasn't on the x-ray. I feel like I wasn't that important because my injury wasn't that bad. I am doing what he told me. Put a certain ointment on it and take a pain reliever. It's feeling a little bit better every day.
