Dr. Matthew Gerald Friederichs, MD

I had Dr. Friederichs for a shoulder surgery some time ago now, but am having knee problems and think I should see him. He gave me a totally painless cortizone shot, he had great patience with me, as I am anxious in the doctor office. He also knew I had waited much too long in the waiting room during one appointment and made me feel at ease about it. He is very caring and genuine.

Nice person, terrible surgeon. He did reconstruct my acl and repaired my meniscus after a terrible basketball knee injury overy2.5 yrs ago. I have not been able to jog ever since. Very miserable. He did a bad job and I still have pain up to date. During my therapy, I met an old guy there that said he had to finally go to Mayo(best choice of his life) after 4 Sanford surgeries messed him even more

Such a great doctor! Would highly recommend!!! He was very kind and explained multiple things to me regarding my imaging results and diagnosis. On day of surgery, he was prompt, spent time answering questions and was very courteous to my family by providing them with updates and information. I was very satisfied with my outcome. Used minimally invasive procedure to help speed my recovery and decrease pain.

I saw another physician at a different clinic for my shoulder. Not only was I misdiagnosed, the physician was rude and I appeared to be taking up his time. I saw Dr. Friederichs and he took the time to properly examine me, explain my options to me and answer any questions I had. I am 6 months post surgery and couldn't be happier. Best thing I have ever done.

I was in seeing another Dr. about my shoulder problem. I was referred to Dr. Friederichs and had an appt. the next day. Ended up having surgery and he did a fantastic job!
