From my initial call to get an appointment with Dr Gaeta, the receptionist was very pleasant and easy to speak with. We experienced a friendly approach in his office by his whole staff. Gastrointestinal problems are very personal and sometimes, very embarrassing to discuss even to a physician. Dr Gaeta’s friendly and professional demeanor immediately put us at ease discussing systems. I would highly recommend Dr Gaeta for any and all Gastroenterology needs and Perryville is blessed to have his practice there.

Dr. Gaeta is both an excellent gastroenterologist technically and a great person. In addition, he is not owned/employed by a hospital so I feel he can put the interests of the patient first.

Outside of one nurse (P), the staff there is terrible. Waited over a week for a call back on a question, rudeness on phone, was actually laughed at when asking to be worked in since next avail. appointment was over a month away. Billing always screwed up.
