Dr. Matthew Lawrence Goodstein, MD

He talked me into a surgery that I did not need and have been 99% worse since the surgery!!

Dr. Goodstein is so thorough, kind and attentive. A great listener. The only problem is how long it takes to get an appointment, but he's worth it!

Although I'm healing and uncomfortable just a few hours after surgery... I am so happy I was able to get in here and blessed to be in such good hands.

This was the strangest and least professional doctor appointment I have ever had. After dr.Goodstein tried to convince me that he had performed a septoplasty on me 14 years ago,which he never did, he then realized his mistake. Then once declaring my current ear canal status as completely closed due to exostoses, he said thanks for coming and referred me and any questioned I had to a doctor in Colorado Springs. Goodstein refused to answer any of my questions or concerns. Someone needs to learn about bedside manner and professional courtesy. I would not recommend him and am hereby sacking him from being my ENT.

Dr. Goodstein came up with the correct diagnosis and saved my life.

It has been quite a while since working with Dr. Goodstein, but I have to say he was a lifesaver (literally). One day, I woke up with a very swollen neck and 2 hard lumps within. My GP tried to treat it with antibiotics for weeks and weeks. I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and seek help from a specialist. My GP explained that getting an appointment with a specialist would be quite difficult. I decided to give it a try anyway. I called Dr. G's office and explained what was going on. They were busy, but politely asked me to hold while they checked with Dr. G. Then, wonderful news, they asked me to be there at business close; Dr. G. made time for me the same day. He also sent me to an amazing doctor for cancer treatment and I'm doing just great.

no follow up call, after I had to postpone the operation due to bad insurance. and the need to save enough money for the operation.

I went in to have an ear surgery and nasal surgery, havent been the same since, I cant blow my nose anymore my hearing is worse than ever and my ear is always leaking fluid. If you have insurance this doctor will find a procedure to do

Dr. Goodstein is such a fine physician I wish that I could just make him my family doctor. He was so kind and courteous and he spoke through all of my concerns in a very long-winded manner so i could understand everything from every angle.His fit physique also shows the importance with which he takes health and fitness. I feel confident trusting him to take a scalpel to my face area any day of the week, although he only does his fine surgeries on fridays. I have such a small scar from my ear surgery that people hardly believe I went under the knife!He is very personable, trustworthy, and an all around great person. Thank you for everything, Dr. Goodstein!
