RUN!!! The arrogance is sickening - He will ignore your concerns, dismiss anything you say/ask, not take the patient's concerns seriously, make his own (inaccurate) assumptions, not listen to other professional opinions and then, blatantly ignore you and avoid having to answer for himself or admit any wrongdoing, even it was a lapse in judgement (that could be easily and quickly amended) once the problem he was trying to ignore blows up - he just keeps making it worse because he avoids taking any accountability for his actions. What he has put me thru was avoidable and his ego is the problem........

Dr Gordon dismissed me and my complaints/symptoms 4 months after the surgery. My neck surgeon, physical therapist and pain management provider all knew I had serious problems with my shoulder/arm. I was referred to another surgeon who performed another surgery on the same shoulder. I will NEVER again seek medical attention from him or any other physician at any Crystal Run Healthcare facility.

He was dismissive and uninformative to my injury. I have no experience or knowledge of my injury as I am not a specialist and this is my first time ever injuring my bones. I felt I was an inconvenience all 3 times I went to his office by him and his staff. I have never been so offended when I am trying to figure out my pain and health.
