Not happy with my current visit, the PA Alissa she does not have the correct bedside manner, No companion or regards for your situation in life, very undermined. Maybe book smarts but, not people smart or Street smart.i wish her the best in her . She needs to respect her elders.

I went there with 3 broken ribs and helen was not caring at all, i recieved almost attitude when i asked for something for my pain and all they did was call me in ibuprofen. Would not recommend at all

I have been seeing Dr Haley for 17 years, very professional, helped me and my family many times. He is board certified which always impressed me. When I go to Philadelphia to see my specialist they said he is always accurate with his diagnosis. He does go to the nusring home every day because he takes care of my mother. He has great nurses and I am happy he goes golfing on his free time. Trust me you will love him. By the way that is not even his address anymore and hasnt been for 5 years.

This office is owned by a large health corporation, and it is clear that it has an incentive to convince patients to get their care at that health system. The referrals to specialists not in commonwealth health are avoided and even when I wanted testing elsewhere, I was lied to in order to convince me to go to their hospital for tests. The doctor is rarely there, and the girls seeing the patients are left to make decisions without his input. The doctor claims to do daily nursing home rounds, and he seldom does. My relative was neglected at an area nursing home, and the staff complains about his care regularly. Stay away. There are much better choices.

Dr Haley and Dr Marci k. Are both great doctors and I would have continued with their office BUT the staff that bills is so uncooperative and lies constantly. Insurance as are not billed and they expect you to pay the entire bill. Multiple calls go unanswered, letters are ignored and the staff lie that they submitted to insurance.

Dr. Haley (and I use the DR. loosely), is overrun with patients, mostly because there is an extreme shortage of physicians in his area and for most people he was a matter of convenience. If you are young and attractive then chances are you will like him, as he will flirt relentlessly with you but if you are older, a plain Jane, or have a real medical issue (other than the common cold), you will be brushed aside and led to believe that you have a vivid imagination. Dr.Haley will look you straight in the eyes and give you false, inaccurate medical information, he assumes that everyone that sees him is less than intelligent (or they wouldn't be coming to him to begin with). No doctor should ever lie to a patient about anything, especially when it's a medical related issue, educate yourself, go online or wherever you need to, but do not take his "information" as truth. It seems more and more common that doctors become such, primarily for financial reasons and not necessarily because they… care at all about people. The sheer number of patients that this doctor has taken on makes it more difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable time, and allows even less time with the doctor.
