Had nothing but to say he's a good doctor, have had a colonoscopy by him 3 yrs. ago as well as my wife. Caring and concern about his patients.

After a month and a half wait to see if he would take my case. His staff informed me, he has nothing to offer to you. Interesting. Complete obstruction serious surgery; a month in hospital. And you have nothing to offer me? Sounds like you don't want to admit you have no real knowledge about complex cases.

Would not use this group of Community physisians. Requested appointment 10 weeks ago and stll have no definitive diagnoses. Phone calls are not returned. Have had to be a real self advocate with very simlple things. Wonder why they ever chart anything because it serms they dont read or really listen. Technichians for varios testing procedures treat you with undo disrespect. This Community system (including the hospital) is unorganized, and has seemingly inexperienced support teams who are curt and distrpectful. Couple that with slow responsiveness make it a very frightening environment. Even though it has been 12 weeks and well into the diagnostic process, moving on to a group that illicets a more professional conduct. Dont realky know if Dr. Harrison is competent or not, but it really doesn’t matter if the rest of the team is not.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Harrison!! He has been my doctor since 2008 when I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. He takes the time to listen to my concerns every time I see him. He is a doctor who actually cares about his patients. He is the definition of professionalism and courtesy.

Dr. Harrison is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I also rate his staff very high.My overall opinion of a doctor is not only based on the doctor him/herself, but also the staff. If the staff isn't courteous and timely with responses, my opinion of the whole office is tainted. The staff at Dr. Harrison's office is kind, courteous, timely, and go above and beyond. All of the above can also be applied to Dr. Matthew Harrison. He makes me feel comfortable and I know that I can say anything and it will be taken seriously. He spends enough time to truly understand what is going on and I never feel rushed. That is also a huge determining factor in my overall satisfaction.I trust him completely and feel he will do whatever is necessary to get to the bottom of things.
