I went to the office in Burlington. My issue is with billing and insurance. I was told adamantly in fact , we do not accept your ins and you have to pay up front. I said ok. Well then they said even if we do we will not submit two different claims to two different ins companies. I said ok. Well they do and they did. It appears appears they do accept my plans and after I paid in full they submitted for payment to my ins company . I am waiting on my check to come to me directly and I call my ins company. They say they already paid Capital oral . I said how and why. They say oh yes they're in network even though o was told repeatedly they were not. So I call capital oral and get some fun around which even my ins company couldn't understand. So I said well are you going to send me my almost 500 dollars back. Well I get a lot of runaround and well and what seems to be shady stuff. I'm told we will eventually send you a check but it will be in late Dec. I'm thinking I go in Sept but… you're keeping my money you owe me till late Dec? Why it takes 7 weeks to cut a check is insane. Granted the doctor did excellent work and I had planned on doing more which is thousand a of dollars nearly 5 grand to finish. And despite the fact the oral surgeon and the people that work for him are great I cannot in good faith ever do business with him again. Why a ins persim would request payment when you paid in full makes zero sense. I am disabled and live on a very limited income and yes nearly 500 dollars is a lot. I am more than dissappointed in the lack of concern to get me reimbursed especially when it is them that made the mistake. And it's a shame too because as I said the doctor is excellent. The people that handle the business however are either incompetent , shady or lack the knowledge to do they job. So if you plan to do business with this facility I suggest you make sure about payment because the ins person is not on the up and up.
