Dr. Matthew D Howell

My comments will be all positive. I had a tooth go bad, and needed to find an in-network provider. Dr. Howell was recommended on our provider list, so there I went. Got my teeth cleaned by an excellent hygienist (Kelsey, sorry if I misspell any names) and an honest and appropriate plan of action for my busted tooth from Dr. Howell. Of special note was the person who checked me in to the dentistry, Amy. She is one of those special people who makes your day better just by coming in contact with them. When one is struggling, in pain, and in unfamiliar surroundings, this kind of empathy and care is appreciated. Thank you. My 1st experience here guarantees I will come back.

We were referred to Dr. Howell by a family member. Our experience was professional, thorough, and everyone we met was pleasant. We do not have dental insurance but do have a dental plan. The staff gave us the information we would need to be prepared for payment of services right up front. This is always helpful.

Have been going to Matt for about two years and have to say my family and I are totally happy with their care and professionalism. So glad we made the move from our dentist in East Wichita to closer to home in Andover and Matt.

The staff and Dentist were very friendly and gentle. They have now provided care for every member of my house, and we all had positive experiences. They were great with my nervous 8 year old too.

Super Friendly Employees, Very Nice and Comfortable Office

My visit to Andover Family Dentistry was truly a great experience. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to the hygenist (Kelsey was amazing) to Dr. Howell himself. I could tell the staff were very educated in their areas of expertise and educated me throughout the exam. If that isn’t enough for you, they have some impressive upgrades such as massaging dental chairs (so you can relax while you get your teeth cleaned) and the smallest x-ray machine I’ve ever seen that gives the same amount of radiation as 20 minutes in the sun would (win, win, you get to stay in the chair AND cut back on unnecessary radiation exposure).

The entire staff I encountered were extremely nice and professional. The hygienist, Andrea, did a phenomenal job, while being friendly and meticulous. Dr Howell was professional and willing to listen to any concerns or questions. No one tried to upsell services, which was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Howell and his staff are very friendly and customer oriented. They explained everything extremely well, and did their best to make all of the services affordable. They took care of all the insurance, and made the visit so nice. Being brand new to the area, I was nervous in looking for a good dentist, but I found the right one! I highly recommend Andover Family Dentistry.
