Dr. Jerles takes time to listen to my experience of symptoms. He seems to be quite knowledgeable and up to date in Otolaryngology as well as general ENT. He focuses on my specifics and prescribes the minimal medications and treatments to ensure long term improvements. Dr. Jerles also takes the time to educate me on the cause, treatment and my role in addressing my condition. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family looking for an ENT M. After vocal chord surgery pain severe and wasn't told to have lozenges until after when I could not talk and still under anesthesia not thinking well and I am a disabled senior living a!one. Jaw hurts. Can't call and I'm woozy two days out and weak. No medicated lozenges prescribed. Unable to swallow any aspirin yet. Dr. Jerles nice guy but needs to prep patients better. Worried about voice recovery. Feel pain could have been better addressed. His automatic phone call for appointments came the day after surgery!

Had adverse reaction to medications used during procedure; couldn't breathe. Was left along in room for over 15 min! Thought I was gonna die !!!!
