Dr. Matthew Albert Johanson

I was referred to Dr. Johanson by my regular dentist for a gum graft. Hearing from others about the pain they experienced when having similar surgeries, I expected the same. Fortunately for me, I had no pain at all! Dr. Johanson called me the evening following my surgery for a status update. I found him to be highly professional, a man of few words, and extremely skilled in his surgical trade. Not that I'd like to go through the same dental procedure that I just experienced, but if I need future oral surgery, I would certainly visit him again and have him perform the procedure.

I had my nerve damaged by this Dr when l went for an implant! This has been a painful and long term ordeal for me. The pain in my gum, lip, chin and tongue is constant, like a burning and pinching sensation that never stops! I can’t get an implant because of this injury, so l have to live with no chewing surface on the right side of my mouth as well as the pain!! My life has changed for the past year and half. I hope it’s not permanent but it looks like it is!! I want my life back....
