Been a patient for a number of years...always treated with kindness from staff, Dr Keum is an excellent doctor....if you really want help with your chronic pain then he’s your doctor.....explains and takes time to answer questions. Compassionate and caring.

Dr Keum and his staff are absolute wonderful!! They really care about you. Staff is always welcoming and treat you with respect. Wait time is 5-10 mins. Dr Keum spends time going through your progress, offering physical therapy exercises to help with pain. He’s helped me tremendously with learning to live with your disability and stay active. Been a patient for years, not about taking pain meds to be numb...it’s about learning to cope with pain, listening to your body and staying active.

Always listens and always giving me good advice. Really cares about me and the staff is very friendly and treats me with respect. Couldn't ask for a better doctor and staff. Thank you oaktree clinic for taking care of me.

This guy is a Hack, Doesnt know or care about anything to do with his patients just wants to write out a scripe and make all his money, its people like this that cause drug addictions

16 years ago I broke my neck & damaged my spinal cord. Miraculously, I am walking around & pain free. After healing from my injury I was still in great pain. I prayed for a Dr. to be able to help me. I could not sit, stand or walk without horrific pain & dizziness. I came across Dr. Keum & went to see him. He did 2 nerve blocks at my tailbone. After each one, he said make sure to lay down flat for 6 hours. I followed his directions. What a fantastic Dr. with a great bedside manner. 16 years later--still pain-free. I noticed that other people who have had this done by other Dr.s' have told me that their treatment did not work. They also were not told to lay flat for 6 hours after treatment. Thank you Dr. Keum for telling your patients to lay flat. That is such key information to follow. I swear by Dr. Keum. GO SEE HIM & BE AMAZED.

Dr. Keum is amazing he has helped me with my back pain for years. I am able to do things I couldn't do before seeing him. His staff was great helped direct me on how to get my records forwarded and then sch me with the office after he reviewed them. The process takes a few weeks. They went out of the way to help me. So friendly and a smile when I walked in on a Monday morning. My injections were sch quickly . I would refer anyone who wants relief of pain to him.

He took the time to really explain things to me. One of the best doctors I have ever worked with.

I love Dr. Keum. He is caring and tries to relate to you and your injury. His outpatient procedures are so helpful and since you don't have to go to the hospital, they are affordable.

Dr. Keum is the greatest doctor. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything that is going on. I had a very easy time getting in for my appointment, the office staff made everything go smoothly and were very knowledgeable. Since his office separated from the Mentor facility, I have noticed a huge improvement. The staff has a way of helping welcome, even if you are in pain!
