Dr. Matthew Charles Kidd JR., DO

Based on my experience Matthew Kidd fails to show any care for his patience. I no longer have any respect for him as a person or medical professional. Over the year's Kidd and his staff have failed to renew prescriptions, show up to appointments on time and ensure the correct info is sent to the pharmacy such sending the incorrect milligrams for medication. This is unacceptable and I feel everybody should be advised of this malpractice.

I have found Dr. Kidd patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend him

Dr. Kidd diagnosed early onset dementia and mini-strokes and it was a glioblastoma. He was dismissive, arrogant and did not apologize. At minimum, he should have ordered additional testing. The tumors were found by another doctor at a facility in the Springs. Our family was devastated.

Save your time and your insurance company's money. Find a different neurologist.

Dr. Kidd denied the diagnosis of Hospital Certified neurologists and ER staff, based upon his after the fact review of data. He would not even consider that those professionals, with hands on experience were right, nor would he even entertain the notion that he might be incorrect. He would not even discuss how his theory might be correct given the overwhelming evidence from the Hospital ER. I have no confidence in this man's diagnostic ability.

Incompetent, uncompassionate, dismissive, rude and unprofessional. Had not even reviewed my records (symptoms or MRIs) before the appt (refused to speak with me on the phone earlier in the week) , and turned a deaf ear when I tried to tell him about the pain I was experiencing. Told me to schedule another appt to come back to discuss what I was already there for. Left the office in tears, at which point he told me that I seemed depressed and that was probably the reason for my pain. (No....he was the reason for my tears...) This is my first physician review, as I am not a complainer, but this was a horrible experience.

He advertises himself as a headache specialist but referred me to another doctor who is an actual Neurologist and Headache Specialist and just took my money after reading 20 years of records from other Neurologists, and Headache specialists after telling me he "is only a specialist in 98% of types of headaches". To me that is not a specialist and he is an Osteopath not a Neurologist. He spent about 5 minutes testing my reflexes after I waited 2 months from a referral to see him only for him to refer again and not treat me at all while taking my money. He had my records well in advance. He could have done the referral and not wasted my time and money. He has more computer science degrees on his wall than medical degrees, which makes sense now.

This place is a joke! I switched insurance, so I switched doctors... and this is what I got. Bring in the copy of the last dosage ordered ; they fail and order %75 . Next round in I get injected with air because someone forgot to put the Miblock in the syringe (which was pulled from plastic package in front of my eyes and doc's.
