Dr Matthew Thomas Kneidel

The office staff was absolutely wonderful to work with — very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the doctor was quite the opposite. He seemed rushed and uninterested in hearing our concerns, often turning his back to us while we were asking questions. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even harder. To make matters worse, the instructions he provided were later found by another practice to be potentially harmful and could have caused further damage. We will not be back and will not recommend this doctor to family or friends.

Dr Kneidel is great! He helped me heal without surgery and answered all of my questions. I found him to be kind and trustworthy. We even got some laughs when my friend and I made back to back appointments for the same injury. The staff seems happy and the office runs very efficiently.

Following 6 months of pain and misdiagnosed from another doctor, Dr Kneidel knew immediately that I needed surgery. He found a torn tendon and did the repair. When I returned four years later he did another surgery due to scar tissue. If you want a chatty doctor to tell you what you want to hear go to someone else. If you want an excellent diagnostition and surgeon go to Dr Kniedel.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Kansas City Orthopaedic Alliance. I slipped on ice and broke my ankle in three places. Dr Kneidel performed the surgery and I am pleased with the outcome. I am still recovering but my experience with him and his staff has been very stellar.

I found Dr. KNEIDEL To be direct and to the point. He was professional and I trusted him to make a correct diagnosis and treatment!

SO I've read the other reviews on Doc Kneidel! He is a good man and a great Dr, even if he does not tell you what you want to hear! He's a good MAN & I would recommend him without reservation. He may not have the oratory skills of Ronald Reagan, but HE Doesn't need to! He"s a DR FFS! Trust him! I do!

Excellent!! Had ankle fusion. Dr kneidel has been excellent in my care & follow up.

This visit was literally 2 minutes long. The appointment was so brief I was given no opportunity to ask any questions. He was dismissive and rude. Don't pay for this kind of service- go somewhere else!

Dr. Kneidel is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. Some patients might experience him as rude and uncaring, but I believe it is because he is very direct. Unfortunately, some patients don't care for that approach.
