Dr. Matthew Benjamin Koger, MD

I had a very similar experience to the other two reviews, he saw me for not even five minutes and completely dismissed my symptoms or anything I said; he told me that my injury was something completely else. Something I could treat over the counter even though I told him what it was, he didn’t care he told me to find a primary care doctor.. He was incredibly rude and disappointing to deal with. I left wondering what he discriminated against? was it my race? was it my social class? Is that just who he is as a doctor?

As the previous review cited, Dr. Kroger spends very little time with the patient. I took my father to the Urgent Care clinic Dr. Kroger was at and he did not want to spend time to assess my father for an infection. He spent less than 5 minutes with him. Dr. Kroger has an awful bedside manner and is very dismissive. I strongly do not recommend him and if you can avoid using him, please do.

This doctor will talk to you less than 5 minutes and make a determination on your whole life. He is rude when asked a simple reasonable question by anyone's standard and responds with ". . . will that be good enough for you?" statement with a sneer on his face. You might be better off with someone that doesn't make unjust rash judgment calls on your life, leaving you feeling more helpless, disrespected, ashamed of your disease and more hopeless than when you walked in. Compassion, understanding and patience can go far for everyone.
