The doctor hasn't been in his office in months. There is no doctor just nurse practitioners. I'm not paying for that. The old lady in the office with an attitude needs to go also.

Dr. Kulick has been our primary care physician since 1989. There is a reason we have been with him for so long. He is the best! A great doctor and person. No this review was not solicited.

He has been out since May 2011. Wish he would come back or if the office would tell us if he is coming back so we can get another doctor. He is the best.
