Matthew Lamb, MD

Dr. Matthew Lamb specializes in thoracic surgery and cardiovascular surgery, bringing expertise in complex chest and heart procedures to his patients. He earned his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at University of Kentucky Medical Center. With 12 years of experience in surgical practice, Dr. Lamb has developed extensive knowledge in treating conditions affecting the heart, lungs, and blood vessels.

Dr. Lamb practices at multiple OhioHealth Heart, Lung and Vascular Surgeons locations throughout Ohio, including Columbus, Athens, and Marion. He focuses on treating various forms of lung cancer, including both non-small cell and small cell types. His surgical expertise includes performing pathology tests and surgical pathology procedures to help diagnose and treat complex conditions. Dr. Lamb also has experience with specialized procedures such as kidney transplant biopsies.
