I am now successfully 6 months into my 1st IVF pregnancy 3rd and final Baby. I am sooooooo thankful for Dr. Lederman and his team, they made me feel so comfortable and were extremely patient with me from front desk staff, nursing staff and back end staff. Dr.Lederman himself is such a breath of fresh air always pleasant and smiling, they truly don't make them like him anymore. He is compassionate, informative and truly cares. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my process all the way to the end. Thank you Dr. Lederman for being the true definition of what being a Doctor really is may God bless and keep you and your family.

I am so grateful for the care I received with Dr. Lederman and his staff at RMA. From beginning to end, everyone was very warm, compassionate, and empathetic. My road down fertility lane has been far from easy but the reassurance from Dr. Lederman put my mind at ease. We were able to obtain 8 healthy embryos from our retrieval. Luckily, we were successful with IVF and our embryo implanted on the first try. Dr. Lederman performs his own transfers which is also comforting. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and am graduating to my Ob. To be honest, everyone was soo nice that it makes me hard to leave. Tatiana, his nurse, was outstanding; so knowledgeable and sweet. I would highly recommend RMA. You can't go wrong.

Dr. Lederman and his entire staff go above and beyond at every turn. They are patient listeners and knowledgable practitioners. They spell out your options and share their views based on both experience and data. During a recent difficult time, Dr. Lederman and his team truly made me feel like family, showing compassion and care. I am luckily to have chosen to work with this team.

I started seeing dr lederman when he was part of mount sini then into Rma. His first set of staff while being part of mount sini were amazing! They all made you feel welcome and held conversation with you. They really made you feel welcome and at ease during my time there.

Dr. Lederman is exceptional. I saw him for IVF treatment and gave birth to my baby in June. While there are many, one of his most impressive characteristics is his level of knowledge and his desire to continue to expand his learning. I have a unique genetic disorder and when I met with Dr. Lederman he made it his mission to learn as much about my condition and even joined a panel of medical and scientific professionals focused on researching the disorder I have. In addition to this, he is kind and understanding of people's concerns. He never dismissed any of my worries (some were pretty crazy!) and always offered logical, sound advice and guidance. He is incredibly thorough and always considers and walks you through every possible option. His calm demeanor is reassuring and just naturally puts you at ease. He took my husband and me through a difficult time in our lives and I am forever grateful to him. My confidence in Dr. Lederman is immeasurable.

My husband and I couldnt be more satisfied with the care we received from RMA in White Plains. Dr Lederman and his staff were amazing, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful and difficult time. Their equipment is state of the art, and they are very on top of the ultrasounds, lab work, etc. It put my mind at ease to know they had it all under control! We are currently expecting our first child from our second IUI medicated cycle, and are so thankful for everyone at RMA for their knowledge and support!!

The best! I know that I am a tough patient and hard to please, so I hope this review eases some of your anxieties as a new fertility patient. I was actually a patient at another well known fertility clinic and nothing compares to RMA Westside. You don't feel like another number and it does not have a factory feel. The doctors know their patients here. The staff and nurses are absolutely amazing. Their eastside office is huge, busy, and overwhelming, but you get used to it and you really only visit there when you have to, such as the weekends or holidays. Dr. Lederman was my doctor, but I did see Dr. Stein and McAvey a few times. They were great too. Dr. Lederman is kind, compassionate, thorough, and always responsive. There was never a time when I sent an email to him and didn't receive a response either from him or his nurse, even on a Friday night. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and had been discharged from RMA last week. You don't generally get this quality of care at other… fertility clinics, based on my own research and experience. We were very sad and anxious to leave, but obviously this time had to come. My husband and I are forever grateful for such great doctors.

Awesome Dr! He helped us with our miracle baby, we couldn't be more satisfied. His staff is so supportive and informative, they are a fantastic team!

I was referred to Dr. Lederman by my ob/gyn after unsuccessfully trying to conceive for a year and a half. Dr. Lederman and all the nurses and staff made the process very comfortable during all of our visits and the tests and procedures that were performed (as well as the results) were all explained clearly to us. We were lucky enough to have our very first round of clomid and IUI be successful. We now have an almost two year old daughter and we somehow managed to conceive naturally with our second daughter who is almost three months old. This review is almost three years from when we first saw Dr. Lederman, but we are so thankful for what he was able to do for us to this day. I've recommended him on several occasions for others who are going through the emotional struggle of trying to conceive.
