He ignored a CT result indicating severe heart failure in my 34-year-old husband for a week. They suggested that he "probably had a GI issue" because his symptoms were, in general, worse after eating, even though the CT (which I was able to read in his online chart, even though the doctor did not) showed fluid in abdomen and lungs. They scheduled an echocardiogram 2 weeks out from consultation to "rule out" involvement of the heart. After my husband's feet and ankles started swelling a week after his CT scan came back (which Dr. Licause still had not looked at), he agreed to squeeze him in for an in-office visit — only because there was a cancellation, not because he was showing symptoms of heart failure. FINALLY, he looked at his CT, bumped up the echocardiogram for the next day, and was immediately admitted to the ER. This office always acts like they are too busy for you, and if not for my insistence and badgering, I am certain my husband would be dead because of their busy-ness.

Great doctor. Entire operation is first class. Courteous, professional, respectful. Been going here for over 20 years. Would recommend them to anyone.
