Dr. Matthew John Liepke, MD

Bottom of the barrel...would be stepping up. Not going to help you figure out anything. He will come right out and tell you he is not going to help. Thanks from a sick patient. Dr. has very little in the way of diagnostic skills, my opinion. He doesn't even acknowledge that viruses make people sick. REALLY this is 2014. Beware. Get copies of everything bring a witness to cover your own yourself, in my opinion. Watch out for eli... he says "He don't get paid enough to work there." I say he gets way too much - He is Rude and he LIES.

THE DOCTORS IN THIS PRACTICE ARE VERY GOOD--MY ISSUE IS WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER--SMUG, ARROGANT, HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE PATIENTS, CONDESCENDING, HEARTLESS!!

My experience is the doctor does not follow up on issues. I have a good insurance and the doctor/staff won't even check the insurance to see what is covered. I repeatedly asked them to check with insurance to see if treatment options were covered and they did not. When I finally called the insurance directly, they stated, if the doctor ordered a test, it would be covered.

The office staff and nurses are RUDE. Good luck trying to book an appointment or reach a nurse. I was only ever able to reach ANYONE after calling several times all day long and leaving several messages. And when they call back they hardly ever have a solution and are COMPLETELY rude. I saw Dr. Liepke and spoke with nurses there on several occasions regarding high blood sugar (above 300 DAILY) and they brushed it off and told me to take my medication and not worry about testing my blood sugar. FOR 6 whole weeks my blood sugar has been that high. I am incredibly disgusted and have never had such a terrible experience in my entire life. I hope they shut this place down.

From the moment I walked into the office until the time my next visit was scheduled, I was very impressed with the staff, Dr. Liepke and the facility.Of course I didn't owe any money and I didn't fail to show up for an appointment. Dr Liepke was great. He made me feel comfortable and he was quite thorough.As for the office staff enforcing the rules,it never ceases to amaze me how some patients seem to think they are above it all!

The doctor himself was okay, one that if not for his horrid office staff, I would return to. His office manager is the BIGGEST jerk I have come across in a supposed professional office EVER! He is flat out rude, talks down to you and is just unprofessional!! We were charged for a visit we supposedly missed, even though I had called a WEEK in advance to cancel it. His nurses are wonderful, but his office staff is...well for lack of a word more fitting CRAP! I will not take my family here again and will NOT recommend them to anyone!

The only good thing about this doctor is the nice nurses who play with your child. The doctor just looks at your kid says hmmm probably nothing come back in a few weeks its ridiculous!

I truly believe that Dr. M. Leipke has a great bedside manner, but I feel as though he gets intimidated by hard diagnosis', and me as a patient! I recently needed to talk to Dr. Leipke over the phone for something extremely important, he refused to talk to me, and had Eli handle this problem!! Talking to Eli R. got me no where, he was unprofressional, rude, unempathic, and he talked down to me!! Aside from Glenda, the office staff is simply awful, I feel the communication between Eli, nurses, secretaries, and doctor's is nonexistant. They absolutely do not abide at all to the hippa law, they are not confidential, and make so many appointment mistakes! I was told several times I missed appointments that I never made, and was charged money for missing them!! The secretary Chrissy always has a scowl on her face, is swearing under her breath, and is extremely rude to patients! I have had the worst experiences with her, and when I have complained to Eli, he just swept it under the… carpet!! I have finally had enough of this practice, and dispite average care from Dr. Leipke, I now find it necessary to leave this practice.

I am in with one of Dr. Liepke and Just Love the Guy! i also dealt with Dr. Varnum after a Heart Scare.His office admin. is TERRIBLE. i was told i couldn't get a follow up for my HEART until i paid a 20 balance i had.I called there to get an RX refilled and informed them i would be making an appt. in Late Jan. or Early Feband i just got KICKED from the practice for missing an appt. I NEVER MADE as i was told i couldn't until i paid my balance.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE staff but a great Doctor.
