We have had a horrible experience. I am fearful my baby may now have some damage after having routine tubes placed for frequent ear infections. He spiked a high fever hours after surgery. I contacted the clinic and they told me it was not from the tubes and to go to the ER. We did. Fever lasted several days. He saw him for his 2 week follow up today and was very short when I told him I was less than impressed with his staff and how they handled my child’s care. He said “ok” he looked in my babies ear and said “it’s full of dried blood. Can’t see the tube well. Use hydrogen peroxide and come back in a few weeks.” I am so disgusted with this provider.

Before surgery Dr Lister told me I will gain my hearing upto 80-90%. But it is worst ever. And he does not have proper answer for it.

Worst doctor I’ve ever visited. Very rude and openly doesn’t care. This guy told me to use over the counter nasal sprays everyday for my chronic sinus problem. Everyone knows how addicting and bad that could become. Not a real doctor at all.

Dr Lister was the best ENT doctor that I have ever visited.He listened to my concerns and was positive in his approach to offering me solutions. I would recommend him to any family memeber or friend with extreme confidence.
