Bottom line up front: if you need your gallbladder removed (cholecystectomy), look no further! Dr. Lublin is the best! He operated on me about a month ago. I had a severe case of cholecystitis, I had a huge stone plugging up my gallbladder duct. My gallbladder was enlarged, inflamed and I was in severe pain. From my very first visit I trusted Dr. Lublin. He took the time to listen to me and answer my many questions. That is extremely rare today. Dr. Lublin is patient with his patients. Prior to surgery Dr. Lublin ordered the necessary blood tests and imaging. He also suggested we do the procedure at a surgery center rather than a hospital. That was the best advice. It made the whole thing a lot more convenient and affordable. On the day of the surgery we were processed quickly. The friendly staff at the surgery center guided us through all the steps leading to the procedure. It was quick and painless. I was prepped for surgery within half an hour. My anesthesiologist was extremely… pleasant an made me feel at ease. Dr. Lublin even took the time to look at my MRI images on my husband’s laptop. Surgery center staff took great care of me after the procedure. I went home about an hour later. I got into the car with very little help and my recovery was quick and easy even though my gallbladder was very distended and full of fluid. It’s a miracle that Dr. Lublin was able to extract it arthroscopically. It has been a little over a month now. I suffer no ill effects. I am back to my normal happy active self, no diet restrictions or any other long-term issues. My tiny scars (the four of them) have almost completely healed. My husband doesn’t even notice them at all. They are about a quarter inch wide each. Dr. Lublin is a magician. I have no idea how he removed my huge gallbladder (the size of avocado) without a trace! Came to Dr. Lublin for a hernia repair. This was the third surgery I've had and was by far the easiest experience I've had with one. He is clearly a very smart doctor and takes his work very seriously. Highly recommend

I cannot possibly recommend Dr. Lublin highly enough. He is beyond fabulous. I had a ruptured appendix, and my internist contacted him to do an emergency appendectomy. He came in late on a Friday night, was kind and reassuring, really listened to all my questions and concerns, and did the procedure at about 1:30 in the morning. It wasn't easy (my appendix was in an odd spot - high rather than low, and buried under my entire colon) and most surgeons would have needed to open me up rather than being able to perform the procedure laparoscopically. Dr. Lublin has phenomenal surgical skills, and he's also just a nice kind guy. Down to earth. Patient. And one of the few physicians I've encountered who truly listens to patient questions and input. I am deeply, deeply grateful. Of course I hope not to need surgery again, but if I ever do, he would be my first call.

I had a terrible stomach pain that had gone undiagnosed for about two years, until Dr. Lublin diagnosed the issue and removed my gallbladder. It was a quick surgery that left me with only a few tiny scars, and he continually called to check up on how I was doing after the procedure. Most importantly, before the operation took careful consideration to show me how the procedure was done, how he goes about doing it safely, and talked me through every step to make me feel calm and comfortable. I'd highly recommend choosing Dr. Lublin for a similar surgery.

The doctor, his service at his office, and the surgery in Beverly Hills all earn a high rating. Very satisfied. Doctor swift and efficient in diagnosis and recommendation. (Able to see me within minutes of my internist's call!) The Beverly Hills Surgical Center was efficient yet friendly enough to assuage worries (and there are always some worries!). Would definitely recommend this doctor to others. Double inguinal hernia surgery with mesh.
