Rushed through exam this time, said she did not have an ear infection but took her to urgent care later the same day and they said both ears were very very red and infected (less than 8 hours between appointments)

As new parents, the doctor made sure that any and all questions were answered and explained well. Showed that he truly cared about our child's wellbeing and was thorough in examining and inquiring about our son.

Dr. McCallister provided a lot of detailed and specific information. His use of accurate terminology shows respect for the patient. I was not able to recall some of the specific names, such as the class of virus, when relaying the outcome of the visit with another caregiver, however, I was able to summarize the visit thanks to the detail that was given to me by the provider.
