I meant to write this review a long time ago but an experience with an awful IME orthopedic reminded me how grateful I am for Dr. McLean & his nurse Natalie I highly recommend them. I have chondromalacia patella in both of my knees & a prior back injury from a work-related incident. I am always in severe pain, So many things that I used to be able to do I can no longer do without being in immense pain or I simply can't do it. Quite unfortunately I don't think I will ever be "fixed" which is something I'm having a hard time grasping Right now. He's my workman's comp doctor & I've had bad experiences with WC doctors. A lot of times they seem to not actually care & are in it for the companies interest, accuse you of faking pain or being dramatic. Both of them have been very patient, kind, compassionate & attentive. They seem to be the only ones actually trying to help me get better & looking out for my best interest when the company I work for & Sedgwick is fighting me the whole way.

He is my surgeon. He is always on time, responsible, respectful, understanding, and loving. I would definitely have him for all my medical treatment, and the staff is great. He is awesome! Good surgeon, superb!

Great Doc, very empathetic, and truly cares about me getting back to my playing form, with the right treatment, without trying to rush recovery. Highly recommend him. As an athlete who has played basketball at every level for 30 years, I've seen, and have been treated by many sports medicine doctors and he's is definitely in the top 5 of the all the orthos I've seen for my back injuries. Top 3 orthopedic in the NE Philly area.
