doesn't care for his patients. prescribe pills for me and when I had questions about pills when down to queens . while waiting in reception asked if he could spare 1 min for a question about pill between patients he refused and saidmI would need an appt. .dr, has no respect for patients. after prescribing pills for me I had a question about the pills. went down to queens and waited in the reception if he could spare i9 min. 1 question about pill between patients he refused to see me and said I needed an appt. found a new dr. for wife and me good thing found out that my wife has a heart murmer heard from other patients that he doesn't chk. anything eyes, ears nose, heart etc. not once did he chk. 2 years as a patient . .

Doctor Matt Mitschele is an excellent physician who takes the time to diagnose the problem. He is a good listener and has a wealth of knowledge.

Was very disappointed with the treatment my father received by this provider. He never seemed to have enough time for my father or his concerns. My father was a very sick man and in order for me to get some help due to the distance between us I asked this provider for a referral for a hospice evaluation. His response was no because he did not feel my dad had less than 6 months to live. When he finally agreed, he went so far as to say in the referral that my father looked better than he'd ever seen him even though it couldn't have further from the truth. He passed away 4 weeks later after having a couple of strokes, a week in the hospital, a week at my home on hospice care and 11 days in my local hospital on hospice care.

I've been with Dr. Mitschele for a few years and in that time, I have realized that he doesn't have very good skills when it comes to actually examining patients and considering each case individually. It seems he simply has facts/statistics memorized from his medical school days and if you don't fit the exact description of something, he completely disregards it. He is very quick to dismiss things and I have since grown uncomfortable being under his care and am transferring to another doctor.

Dr. Mitschele is an extremely bright young physician. I feel like I am being listened to and I have always left my appointments with him very satisfied with all of my questions answered. The office is great too and probably the most efficient doctor's office I've ever been to. Highly recommend!

The office is so well-run... usually never a problem getting a same day appointment. In regards to him, he's decent but can be a little dismissive on the occasion.

Dr. Mitschele is excellent. I am so glad I chose him to be my doctor. He is extremely knowledgable, spends a lot of time with you, and has a great bedside manner.
