Dr. Matthew Benham Myers, MD

I have had a lot of contact with doctors via professional or personal and I will say this will be the first time I have actually written a review regarding any experiences with any physician. Dr Meyers 110% was very knowledgeable and empathetic while communicating with me. He allowed me to explain my concerns even though I was all over the place which was very pleasant since most times doctor visits in my opinion seem rushed. Excellent experience !

I was surprised at the unpleasantness of my experience with this doctor because I had heard good things about him. The staff treats patients like cattle and the doctor is thoroughly uninterested in trying to find a diagnosis. My experience with Dr. Myers was awful and I would not recommend him if you are having serious problems.

Dr. Meyers listened respectively to everything I had to say, even though I rambled a bit trying to get everything out in the usual limited time in a doctor's office. He asked helpful follow up questions to make reasonable suggestions. He spent the time needed with me to get to a resolution at this time. One memorable thing is that I had blood tests done at that visit, and Dr. Meyers called me back himself with the results. I have never had a doctor do that before no matter what the results. I would definitely refer Dr. Meyers to a friend. The only reason for the four, for accurate diagnosis, is this was my first visit and we were just deciding on what tests to do at this time, so we are not at that point yet.
