Too many patients scheduled closely together I left after signing w/o being seen because the room was too full of patients waiting

Has no qualms leaving you without help. Will ensue verbal fear in you without documenting it properly, leaving your insurance companies to deny your claim and then leaving you to scramble. As a result of this poor documentation I've had to make 16 phone calls with constant redirects just to get the MRI scan that was verbally stated as "very important and necessary". I spent an hour and a half in the doctor's office(no, not the waiting room, the actual office) where I was subject to sitting around and waiting for someone to actually assist me. Only 5 minutes of my time back there was doing anything outside of sitting around and waiting, and that was to do a simple hearing test. Once my symptoms and results from the hearing test had returned I was given no information about a potential diagnosis or anything at all. A simple google search was more effective than the time I had spent here. This is the first review I've ever written for any service I've received, so if you're curious as to… how passionate I am in regard to not going to this ENT that should be pretty telling. In the end I had to schedule a visit with a primary care physician in hopes that I can actually get help, or at the very least be treated by someone who has the intent to help me. The best I can say about my experience here is that the customer service for this doctor carried with them the intent to help, but outside of that this was easily my worst experience with a health professional thus far. Go elsewhere.
