Dr Paletta has consistently shown thoughtful and caring clinical care, helps navigate very complicated scenarios, is honest when he doesn't know, then helps find answers and continues learning to provide solid medical opinion, and who to refer out to. All of this builds trust and confidence in his skill. I am thankful he was willing to take on my complex case and that he hasn't given up on me, while still giving realistic considerations of my limitations.
