Avoid. Rude.

I was feeling hopeless about my situation until I saw Dr. Parmenter. I had heard nothing but good about him thru many other people , but I was even more impressed after meeting him. Have already recommended him to a lady at my church.

After waiting months to get in I waited hours and didn't get seen. I had to leave because I had a child to pick up. They didn't say sorry can we help you or reschedule you nothing. No one should have to wait 2hrs and not even get an apology. If I came 2 hrs late would they see me. I'm sure I will still get a bill

Gave my friend who was in a hopeless situation a fresh hopeful outlook. Being a critical care nurse, he gave a plan of care that was reasonable and appropriate.

This guy is a joke. Get ready to wait and wait and wait and then wait some more. He is not busy; he is just taking his time. It takes a very long time to make an appointment and when you get in there, you just forget about the rest of your day and plans. I asked the nurse several times and the answer is always there is just one person ahead of you. He must be doing some surgery on that patient because it took one full hour and when I finally went back to her and she repeated the same answer; there is just one person head of you. Dr Parmenter by the way was in his office and when he heard us leaving, he hurriedly went to the other patient, with whom he was supposed to be with all that time. I think the guys is just loaded and does not care anymore.
