I’ve never had any doctor’s office treat me with such care until I came to Dr.Pautz office.

He is a mouthy know it all with attitude...He talks about himself while your in need of a Dr. Who Listens..He sent me away in Tears. Hes a Big waist of time and effort for who needs help...Hes horribly rude and treats you like crap.

If your coming from a worker compensation case like I am don’t bother coming here. Terrible experience. Dr.Pautz doesn’t have the patience to hear you explain your reasons why your here. He expects you to answer him but abruptly interrupts you. He is lousy when it come to examining. Just by having a quick look he told me that their is nothing he can do. Took him less then 5 minutes to come up with that results. Dr.Pautz had the audacity to tell me in a rudely manner that people who are coming from workers comp are complicated to work with. Can’t forget how he was bragging about how much authority he has. His “sarcasm” well if you even consider it to be sarcasm was repulsive.He made me feel uncomfortable and bad about myself.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

I asked Dr. Pautz to show me MRI details. He said I wouldn't get it. My other surgeons showed me and explained with enthusiasm. Not Pautz! Allowing this guy to open me up left me feeling violated. He doesn't really care! He was firm in refusing to answer any of my questions and would start raising his voice like he had mental health issues. His staff was very amused at his yelling at me chuckeling when I walked out. I reported this to IEHP and encourage you also. Pautz used the cheapest sling with a cheap metal buckle that cut into me. He left after my procedure was over leaving me to get get details from my driver. How gehtto. Pautz got so mad he ended my follow up and unsuccessfully tried to discontinue my therapy. He also bad mouthed Hesperia Physical Therapy. IEHP was appaulled.

Lacks bedside manner with a “know it all” attitude. He really messed up a friend of mine. A jury agreed and awarded him millions of dollars and he was reported to the Medical Board because of it.

This doctor is very rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t listen and if you answer his question in a way he doesn’t like, he is condescending and says something smart back. He won’t let you ask questions. He talks a lot about himself and what he knows and how other doctors in other specialties don’t know what they are talking about. If I could give him no stars, I would.

I went to Dr Pautz 2 years ago for spondylolisthesis which caused debilitating back pain and nerve pain in both of my legs. He wouldn't let me ask questions. He kept asking "Where's your pain?" When I would say"in my back and legs " he would respond with" that's not what I asked you." We repeated this 4 times! Then he said I needed injections but he was going to refer me to a pain management specialist to get them. (I never received the referral) I asked if the injections would help the nerve pain. He told me I don't know the definition of nerve pain! I've been a CMT for nearly 30 years and dealing with my back problem for 10 years. I'm very familiar with nerve pain. He stated that I would never find a doctor who will do surgery on me. This man was so condescending and cruel that I spent 10 minutes crying in his parking lot before I could drive home! Two months later I went to a new doctor and he scheduled me for a much needed surgery!
