Dr. Matthew Scott Payne

My husband and I and our 24 year old daughter are all patients of Dr. Payne. We all respect and like him. We've had some difficult relationships with doctors before and it's comforting to have someone you can trust. He really LISTENS and doesn't make snap judgements. He's also an excellent doctor. Highly satisfied.

Several members of our family see Dr Payne. He is always highly professional and very kind. He spends time with his patients and explains all treatments thoroughly. He is also very good about following up and communicating after you leave the office. His staff are also wonderful.

I have complicated health issues, Dr. Payne carefully reviewed my history, asking questions and demonstrating he understood before moving forward to order tests.

When my family moved to Idaho Falls 2 years ago, we just randomly picked a doctor on our health insurance. From the first time we saw Dr Payne, he had been great. We have had a couple of times that we needed same day appointments and he was full. He has been kind enough to fitting us in, even though there wasn't an appointment available. He has been a good fit for my family and our needs.

I would highly recommend this clinic and the friendly staff. All of my experiences were positive. I am glad I chose this facility and Dr. Payne.

My wife call to see if there was a cheaper medication I cold get for my COPD,DR PAYNE not only got a cheaper one for me but also seen me the same day without an appointment. He is for sure one of the best primary care physician I've ever had.
