VERY Knowledgeable. Great Doctor, I've been go to him for year and can't say enough good things about the man.

I love this gentleman...He does not play and tells it like it is. He is helping me get better by first losing the weight by making better food choices and exercising. He is my partner in fighting this disease...

I was treated for hypothyroidism. All good until I didn’t feel well, he refused to listen to my concerns because my blood work showed I was “in range”, therefore nothing to talk about. Switched doctors and found someone who cared and treated me as an individual.

I was extremely nervous previous to my visit with Dr. Potenza. He immediately put me at ease...very calming influence. He even arranged for me to have a biopsy done that same evening...as he knew how nervous I was. The procedure went very smoothly with no pain. My only problem with this office is the long wait (4 weeks) to get this initial appointment with him!

the dr. was very patient and thorough with my initial visit . He spent almost an hour with me and although i did not express many concerns or fears, he explained many things to me and laid all of them to rest.

I have been seeing Doctor Potenza for about nine months regarding a thyroid condition. Everything he predicted would happen has happened. For example, he predicted I would turn hypothyroid when I was in the midst of being hyperthyroid. He has a caring personality, and I appreciate that he calls me immediately when he receives my blood results. I am very impressed with his level of knowledge, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Potenza has excellent bedside manner. He showd a lot of interest in my diabetes and spent extra time to counsel me about my diet.

Overall Dr. Potenza was distant. Perceived he didn't want to treat my family member. Didn't seem to be fully interested and concerned about delivery of care. Perceived he didn't want to care for certain groups of people -- which seemed apparent upon initial greeting.
