Dr. Matthew E Price, MD

Dr Price was very kind. He listened very carefully as I explained my problem and answered all my questions. He explained very well what his treatment plan would be and why. I felt that he was genuinely trying to diagnose my specific concerns and not just treating a text book condition. I finely feel like I am in good hands.

Dr. Price is the most compassionate and caring OBGYN I have been to in quite a few years. I have seen 5 different OBGYN's and Dr. Price is the best!!! His bedside manner is superb and he is SO polite and makes you feel comfortable (even when you're in the most uncomfortable situation). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Price! We have so few options for OBGYN's in Murray after the closing of our largest OBGYN practice. With Dr. Price in Murray, there is no reason to look elsewhere for an OBGYN!!!

I had seen Dr. Price a couple of years ago and thought he was very good. This time, I went in for a pap smear and exam and was told that they don't do pap smears on people over 65 years of age. He said he would give me a cervical exam, which lasted all of about 3 seconds. When I received the EOB from Medicare, there was a charge on there for a pap/vaginal smear test, which was not performed. In all, Dr. Price was probably with me for under 2 minutes. I won't be going back.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. First of all, when I went to see him he patted me on the knee and said "don't worry about a thing, we'll take care of it." What a joke! I was offended but decided to give him another chance. Anyway, he scheduled a test for incontinence in his office. He said the deductible would have to be paid at the time. I said okay but have your staff let me know what the deductible would be beforehand. When I went in for the test, the receptionist said it would be $500.00 and they couldn't do the test without payment. I raised a fuss and finally they discovered that the deductible was just under $100.00 so I went ahead and we did the test. He and his staff were so rude and cruel I could never return or, again, recommend him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Matthew Price. He is a very caring doctor. His staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Price was professional, and I felt that he listened to me as carefully as he would have to his own mom! He diagnosed my problem after carefully asking questions about my history and ordering some tests. I could not be happier with the results. In dealing with the financial part, his office always let me know ahead of time if I was going to have to pay any out pocket expence on a procedure or test. Dr. Price is an excellent Doctor!

I think he is a very good looking Doctor, he is clean looking even atractive looking, good personality,easy to get along with & he is professional with you.
