Dr Richardson and his crew are the best! It's the closest to concierge medicine I have ever experienced. They are super responsive. They care. And they don't push for unnecessary or expensive procedures to line their pockets. Highly recommend.

The doctor and his entire staff were amazing to me during my time being spent there. Everything was superb from appts, time to be seen, questions being answered to just the overall vibe in the office. I’m thankful for their time, attention and care??????

I saw Dr. Richardson at their location in Decatur, which is apparently new and a very nice space. He helped put me at ease regarding some lower back pain I was having, doing an excellent job of explaining what he thought happened (sports injury) and made several recommendations on how to best recover. Within a week of following his advice, I felt much better, without the need for drugs or procedures. Excellent care, highly recommended.

Dr. Richardson is not only excellent clinically, but it is easy to feel how much he cares about his patients and staff. He takes time to explain his recommendations in great detail and gave me several options to treat my pain. He has an extraordinary staff at both his office and surgery center. In fact, in all my experiences with outpatient and inpatient treatment, I have never encountered a more patient-focused and efficient team. I'd highly recommend Dr. Richardson to anyone having back pain of any kind.

Dr.Matthew Ricardson is a excellent Physcian. Definatly would recommend him to others, in fact I have. He has excellent bedside manner. Very concerned about your feeling, he did NOT rush thru my exam as most Dr's do, but rather he listened to my needs and then in a very detailed manner explained what my next steps were. He even took the time to show me on the MRI disk (since I'm a visual person) where my pain was generating from. He was NOT pushy,or rushed but gave me all the attention I wanted. His staff is Excellent as well. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. A GREAT TEAM of people that care about your overall care. If you are having any type of back or neck pains, this is the Dr you want to see.

Dr. Matthew Richardson gives excellent patient care. I have been treated by him for 6 years. I have never received the type of personal one to one care from any other Dr. His staff has always been extremely helpful and courteous. He and his staff are the only Dr's I have ever visited that make follow up phone calls to ensure their patients are ok and understand what the appropriate steps in their care should be. He expects excellence and gets it from his staff.

He has great bedside manners. He is compassionate and treats you with high respect. He really takes the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options.

I have been VERY happy with Dr Richardson and his staff. I seldom have to wait in the waiting room. As soon as I arrive for my appointments, his courteous nurses take me back to an exam room right away and then Dr Richardson arrives soon after that. He always spends plenty of time with me and answers all of my questions. It is so unusual for a doctor to actually show that he cares about my injury. Even more impressive was the fact that he called me at home after each of my lumbar blocks, just to see how I was doing. I have been to a lot of uncaring, self-absorbed doctors, and none of them have ever called me before, even after surgery. Dr Richardson is definitely in a class of his own. I can't say enough good things about him.
