Dr. Matthew Stephen Roh, MD

Dr.Roh is very compassionate. Listens to the patient, takes time for them, does not shove out the door. A breath of fresh air!! Wish there were more in the world like him. Great job doc. Keep up the great work!! Keep pressing on!!!

No one answers the phone, when they do, they instantly put you on hold, no one calls you back. There is NO FOLLOW THROUGH. How can you put your faith in a practice that does this? I'm cancelling my surgery and going somewhere else. Anywhere has to be better than this.

Dr Roh really really cares about his patients. He is extremely easy to talk to and is very thorough. I've been his patient for over 2 years now. Unfortunately the office he works in is a nightmare. The office staff has always been incredibly kind and sweet but I have always had to wait at least an hour passed my appointment times and as long as 3. But he is always worth the wait.

Pain meds require prior authorization. Dr. Roh is required to call insurance to confirm authorization. Ive been out of meds for a week due to his lack of follow through. Im currently on way to emergency room because of detox. Ive even been to his office twice and been told to wait hours as i start detox in the waiting room. This guy is genuinely the devil. Nice to ur face but when ur back is turned!!!!!! If anyone doesnt believe this. Just sit in his waiting room for 20 minutes and just listen to everyone complain about him.

Office is not the best. Appointments never on time, very difficult to schedule appointments, but Dr Roh is the best.

I would reccomendation Dr. Roh to any family member or friend. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes as much time as needed to evaluate your concerns / complaints and makes a plan to help you succeed in getting you to optimal health. He's not pushy or demanding. His bedside manner is one that is hard to find in today's world. He's approachable and easy to talk to. I am certain he goes above an beyond to make you comfortable. Great guy.

He's very caring. He listens to what you need. My last visit he was incredible and made me feel they he really cares about his patients. He's truly dedicated to his patients. Thank you Dr. ROH.

In reviewing Dr Roh, some of the review goes to the facility in which the doctor works. Ease of Appointment and Promptness don't pertain to him, but the place of business. Dr Roh himself is an excellent doctor, working in a facility that overbooks patients and doesn't allow time for any problems. I have been in two American Spine facilities and always have to wait. However, the doctor is thorough and polite, easy to understand and very thorough. Unlike some others, I don't feel rushed or stupid. I feel understood and feel that my diagnosis is accurate.
