Dr Rupert is very thorough. He diagnosed problem that other doctors had not identified. He is very patient and explains things well. I am very pleased with my interactions with Dr. Rupert and his care. I highly recommend him.

I'm so glad I was referred to Dr Rupert back in 2014, since then he is the only physician I turn to for issues with my back, he pen points the problem area/areas and has never failed in easing my back pains

The doctor took the time to review the diagnostic discs I brought prior to meeting in the exam room, showed where the problem area was and explained what was on the screen and came up with a conservative treatment to start

Wish I could give extra stars. This doctor gave me my life back. I suffered 25 years with migraines and tried ever-ee-thing. Stimulator implanted in 2015 zero problems. When I say that he cares, I’m not exaggerating. I live part-time in Asia. With the ability to use remote programming, he and the Abbott team can pop in and tweak my settings occasionally. It’s so hard to find doctors with skill AND bedside manner. He’s a sweet genius and one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. Protect Dr. Rupert at all costs. I’ve sent other people his way and they’ve said the same things. He’s absolutely worth traveling long distances for his work.

I had a good experience overall with Dr. Rupert. They were professional, kind, and took time to listen to my concerns. I felt heard and respected during my visits, and their office was efficient and clean. That said, while I appreciated their care, my issue is still unresolved. I know some conditions are tricky, and I don’t fault the doctor—but I was hoping for more progress or clearer next steps. Still, I would recommend Dr. Rupert to others, especially for their thoroughness and respectful manner. I may seek a second opinion, but I’m grateful for the time and attention I received.
