Dr. Matthew Charles Shillito, MD

Him & his P.A were kind and insightful during my recent visit. Were gentle during exam to my injuries. As someone who has experienced both ends in a medical office setting, the lack of care from the rest of the supporting staff is subpar. Of the 2 times I have been, the front desk staff has a cold demeanor. Joyce is very kind and insightful with initiative to help patients. My rooming M.A was very kind and gave clear expectations. The team, that of the communication of the provider to his referral/M.A coordinator can be more thorough. If a patient is requesting something, its the oath and responsibility of the team to do their best to hear their patents, not the system or protocols for insurance authorization. With proper support, communication, and efforts, the very least the team can do is investigate how to better ensure the quality of care for the patient.

I appreciate the doctor's care because he is very patient and truly concerned with understanding everything about my condition; I feel very reassured. Thank you, Doctor.

Dr Matthew is very good. Is helping me get to the bottom of why I have this bump on my head nothing is broken, but it hurts very bad when I go to shake someone’s hand.

Dr Shillito is all business. He was pleasant, answered all my questions and also helped me with an issue I didn't even come in for. I mentioned another problem I was having and he set me up with an appointment with another specialist.
