This doctor deserves no stars. He is rude and condescending with no bedside manor. We are in a pandemic and I was made to wear my masks as soon as I hit the door but not him. He did not have his mask on at all.

Personally I'm glad to read the few good stories about him and even happier he's saved a few lives and changed some for the better .however ,i can't speak of anything good about his work .for example ,he put two stints in on someone I know ,a month later they had a heart attack ,when he came to tell us his treatment ,his exact comment was I knew I should have replaced those two the month before when I was in there .I find those actions very unprofessional .if I was a mechanic in my profession and changed oil for clients ,I wouldn't just put two quarts of oil in cause I was too tired or too sidetracked to top it off .just wanted to share this cause if his work is still going on like this ,then everybody needs to know he does cut corners if the moment presents itself

SAVED MY HUSBAND'S LIFE! TOOK THE FAMILY IN AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND EVEN TOOK PICS OF THE BEFORE AND AFTER OF THE BLOCKAGE AND PLACEMENT OF THE STENT! EXCELLENT DOCTOR!

Dr. Shotwell's waiting room has been full to overflowing each time I've been there and the wait has been extremely long. However, he is worth the wait and inconvenience. His staff is friendly, treats everyone with courtesy and friendliness.
