Dr. Matthew Gregory Smith JR., MD

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for about 10 ys, my husband was his patient also. I have never been as satisfied with a doctor as i am with Dr. Smith. He is kind and patient, and his office staff are wonderful. I am 80 yrs old so i need a little more help, and i always get it from Dr. Smith. I wouldn't think about ever going to another doctor, unless it was a referral for a problem.

I was warned by my insurance carrier that I would never get to see Dr. Smith. That warning was accurate. When I did get to see Dr. Smith, I was happy with the medical care I got from him as my PCP. I was very dissatisfied with the front office on numerous occasions. As such I am seeking a new PCP.

Very freindly staff.They have always been more than happy to schedule appointments and work with us .

Great ofc. Easy to get into

I started seeing Dr.Smith at Bayfront Hospital during his residence there. When he left, and went into private practice, I followed him. I find him to be the most caring, kind , and concerned doctor I have ever had. His bedside manner us outstanding. He does not rush you in and out of his office...He takes as much time with you as you need, and always follows through with refferals, etc. I find his office staff to be kind and very efficent. They are extremly courteous and help you any way possible. Dr. Smith and his staff treat you like family. I personally would not consider another doctor unless it was an emergency. These people are great people

The office staff is unprofessional and all they do is stand around and chit chat at decibel 10 for HOURS. I always have a headache by time I leave. I also had an issue getting a referral. I've asked Dr. Smith for over a year and he always says 'we'll find a good one for you'. He wants to see you every couple of months, but doesn't remember what you're there for. The whole experience will be a waste of your time and money.

WHEN I ASK to see Dr. it takes a while to get in. U can see practitioner anytime. DR. Smith is the BEST, I've come across in a long while. I remember when Drs came to the house! He would be 1 of them if he could. Easy to tell the truth to without judgement. I hope he stays here 4 ever. U R THE BEST...keep it going, but open up more time to SEE U!

He has superior familiarity with my difficulty in seeking a diagnosis and the follow up treatment. He is knowledgeable and takes time to research my symptoms.

Everyone there is professional yet friendly. Wait time is very short. They try to get you in as fast as possible. It is always easy to get an appt.
