Dr. Matthew Glen Steed

I had a lot of unexplained symptoms for awhile. Dr. Steed did the bare minimum blood work. Said there was nothing wrong with me. The last time I saw him, he laughed and said “you have a lot of symptoms I don’t know what to tell you.” It turns out I have an autoimmune disease. I’m glad I went elsewhere. I hope it’s a lesson for him to take his patents seriously.

Throughout my entire pregnancy, we had no issues. It was the “perfect pregnancy”. At 37 weeks, I developed pre-eclampsia. My original OB was out of town, so the triage nurse scheduled an appt with Dr. Steed. From the get-go, my husband and I really respected him. He identified that there was a problem and admitted me to L&D immediately. We ended up having an emergency C-Section the next afternoon. We are thankful that he did not hesitate on delivering our little girl.

My experience throughout my pregnancy with Dr. Steed was wonderful. He is a great dr and would highly recommend him for anything. He was also my baby's pediatrician. Unfortunately, we had to move and hated to lose such a great dr!

Dr Steed was my 3rd OB in NWA and by far my favorite! He took his time answering questions. Had lots of knowledge. I had gestational diabetes and he monitored and treated it very well. He performed my 3rd repeat c section and it was the best experience out of them all. I was scared and anxious and he made it a very good experience. He has a great personality and bed side manner. His staff is awesome! The nurses are so friendly and I never waited very long for appointments!

Dr. Steed delivered 3 of my children. Even when I was going through difficulty with my marriage... He made my care and health the priority.

Dr. Steed is my third Dr. since moving to NWA. He will be my Dr. from now on. Very nice, knowledgeable, and he spent time with me and answers any question I had. Highly recommend Dr. Steed.

I am a RN and have appropriate medical knowledge. I was complete appalled at the lack of concern over a mother's birth plan. Did not respect the patients rights. Unprofessional in the way he talked to the nurses in front of the patients and patient family. Forcefully removed placenta without regard to patient.

Terrible, terrible doctor that forces unnecessary interventions to cover his butt. Absolutely appalling.

I had an awfully experience with Dr.Steed he delivered my daughter she was my first I wasn't even in labor for 12hrs and he did an emergency section cause he didn't think I was going to dilate anymore I was only 18yr he also said that the baby was too big she only weighed 7'8 since when is that too big he wad just lazy and didn't want to wait he only checked on me one time after I had her it was a very bad experience for me and I will never forget he also delivered my friend's baby and she told me that she would never go back to him I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy

Dr. Steed was always very prompt and friendly. I felt very well taken care of by him. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting or needing prenatal care.
