Dr. Matthew Eric Tilem, MD

I had nothing but great experiences while going to see Dr. Tilem. He did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. he kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. Dr Tilem has much experience and is very kind with patients ,I will continue seeing him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful doctor- if I can get back in to see him. Was supposed to have a 2 month follow up, now its 4 months later and my appointments still 2 months away. No return calls from nurses or secretary so I am stuck waiting.

There is a complete lack of follow up by this office. If you haven't been there for a while, and need a prescription refilled, they won't call to ask if you would like a new appointment. They just call to tell you they are refusing to refill the prescription and that you should call your primary care doctor instead. Horrible. Dr. Tilem spends as little time as possible with me on each visit. I don't feel my concerns are taken seriously.

Dr. Tilem always takes the time to answer all of my questions, explains things thoroughly, and doesn't make me feel rushed. His bedside manner as well as his expertise in his specialty make him an outstanding Doctor in my eyes.

Whole visit went very well. Staff very nice. Dr. Tilem was thorough and explained everything. Would highly recommend.

Unreasonable wait to see doctor for neurological emergency. Does not follow up with phone call. Physician's staff is VERY NICE. However, this does not compensate for overall poor quality of service and lack of reasonable knowledge associated with his specialization. Very unprofessional in all respects: For example, patella knee reflex tested with a karate chop to the knee rather than appropriate assessment tools. Too many issues with this physican to completely describe nightmare scenario he put me through. In short, this physician feel below the standard of care that another physician would provide. Presently having a internal complaint filed against this physician where he practices. If investigation is incomplete, will take this matter to the next level. IMPORTANT NOTE: this physician has NOT been in practice for 31 years. His internship with affiliated hospital began on or about 2001
