Dr. Matthew Shand Turner, MD

Dr. Turner, shows up around 30 minutes late to every appointment. He spends the least amount of time possible with you. He never stays to listen to your full case. He makes snappy judgments and then walks out of the room. Sometimes, before I’m even done talking and then never comes back. I have sat in my room several times waiting thinking that maybe he left to grab something and is coming back. He never came back. I have requested several referrals for myself and my children to which he agrees and then they never happen. I also request refills several weeks in advance because his office takes 2-3 weeks for a refill on prescriptions. And even then they sometimes do not fill them. You have to go to his office and insist on it being sent to the pharmacy before you can be sure it will be there. Please, save your hard earned money and go somewhere else and get good care for your family.

We have four children...He cares for my whole family. And, does it well! We love Dr. Turner.
