Dr. Matthew Burris Vance, MD

Dr. Vance is charming and has a "bedside" manner that is exceptional. He sits down with you, listens, and gives you the time needed to address your problems. He gave me some helpful information and told me what treatments he could do, though I'm not yet ready for them. I do, however, look forward to seeing him the next time. EVERYONE on his office staff was exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and professional, as was he. I waited an hour, but he was filling-in for a colleague who had to leave so I assume he was having to double up on the number of patients he was seeing, thus not his fault. There was a very long wait for admittance to this practice, but in part that was due to the closure of a similar practice and a flood of patients seeking admittance. The woman with whom one speaks about admittance, Gretchen, is just the BEST. She is exemplary in terms of helpfulness, kindness, cheerfulness, and ability to relate warmly to a person even though the contact is just by phone. … She is so amazing I asked to meet and thank her, which I was able to do even though her office was in the back. She walked up front to meet me and even gave me a hug! I do not normally write a review, but I was so impressed by this entire experience that I just wanted to do so. Based on this one experience, I am delighted to have found this clinic!!! I can't rate the last item because the appointment was just today, so there has not yet been a follow-up, but one is scheduled.
